Polished Nail Bar will open at Blackhawk Plaza by the end of the month, according to the plaza manager.
The nail bar is known for its sleek ambiance and will have "neighborhood prices," said plaza manager Veronica Curley.
The nail bar will be located across from Claire's Boutique.
