Date Set for Danville Hotel Territory Demolition

14,000 square feet will be razed before the end of January.

Demolition of the Danville Hotel Territory is set for January 14, according to Nat Rojanasathira, Assistant to the Town Manager.

A demolition permit by Castle Companies is on file with the town.

Fencing was put up around the perimeter of the frontier-inspired block in December, which have dilapidated over the last few years.

Contractors were busy removing the asbestos from the property last month.
