Students at San Ramon Valley High School came back to school today to shocking news of the loss of 17-year-old Robert Orlando, who was identified by the Contra Costa County Coroner's Office today as the teen killed in a crash in Danville on Monday night.

The collision occurred just before 9 p.m. near Crow Canyon Country Club. A 17-year-old driver and a 16-year-old passenger were also injured in the collision. Orlando reportedly died at San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
School officials say grief counselors are on campus today for students.
