Hi everyone, my name is Mary Ann Cadorna, and I'm a Realtor® at People & Properties Sotheby's International Realty on 360 Hartz Ave. What I love about Danville started in the heart of downtown. After joining my company, I began doing office time at 360 Hartz Ave. While there, I would greet the many passers by. This grew into my meeting Danville residents, their families, children, couples walking hand in hand, and generations of residents young and old. Also, their beloved dogs, who I naturally took pictures of, which ended up becoming a dedicated Facebook fanpage, “Pooch Friends on Hartz”. From there, I was asked to join, help and actively participate with two community groups: “Discover Danville Association” and “Sustainable Danville Area." My philosophy as a Realtor ® is I believe it’s community first, and I was able to put into practice my personal mantra, "We have the ability to be the unity in the word community."
