The first thing to know about me is that I am "curious," about nearly everything—it is my defining characteristic.

The second thing to know is that I love a good story, and I love helping it get told. 

I am a local Danville resident, freelance writer and editor, as well as wife, and mother to two energetic little boys.

Growing up in the desert, I longed for trees, so Northern California suits me just fine, and Danville is the perfect hometown for me because woe betides anyone who tries to chop down a tree!

I credit my children with making my hometown more than just the place I parked my car each evening. Through them I have met and connected with my fellow neighbors and developed a deep appreciation for this community.
