Cindy Walsh, co-owner and founder of Norm’s Place on Hartz Avenue, has many hats she juggles, but she is particularly proud to have been recently recognized for one of her hard-earned hats — successful serial entrepreneur. Walsh received a Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in Contra Costa County award from the Bay Area nonprofit, Women’s Initiative for Self-Employment, on Nov. 14 at an award ceremony held at Round Hill Country Club.
