Primo's has been a part of the Danville community since 1979 and a big part of that relationship is the annual Primo's Run for Education. Manager Nathan Olsen says the restaurant itself gives away thousands of dollars each year while sponsoring the event.
In addition to generosity, it is known for its food. Customers can sit in the wood-floored, 120-seat dining room, where they can see the old movie-star photographs that line the walls. There is also a full bar, a game room for kids and of course, an extensive menu of pizza and pasta. Nightly specials include buy one, get one free pizzas on Tuesdays, kids eat free on Wednesdays and a date night special on Thursday. At lunch time, take-out orders are common and the meatball wrap is a popular item.
