When an eccentric Elizabethan enthusiast becomes the tour guide for England’s most boring historical home, she begins spicing things up with a few exaggerations. Conflict arises when the boss catches wind of the wild embellishments.
Originally written as a tour-de-force for actress Maggie Smith, 'Lettice and Lovage' is a charming, funny look at the value of friendship and story telling.
Directed by Phoebe E. Moyer, the play features Sylvia Burboeck, Beth Chastain, John Blytt and Elinor Bell.
