Tri-Valley League Finishes Strong Season

The league's teams went on to play at the South West Regional Tournament in Utah over the weekend.

The Tri-Valley Babe Ruth All-Star League had an exceptional season this year, with the 13-, 14- and 15-Year-Old teams advancing as far as the Pacific Southwest Tournament.

The 13-year-old team played strong throughout their tournament, racking up runs and hitting grand-slams. They fell one game short of the Babe Ruth World Series Tournament in the championship game against El Segundo. The 15-year-old team were also eliminated in the championship game.

The 14-year-olds were defeated in their semi-final game.

The Tri-Valley Babe Ruth League has an impressive history. The league boasts five World Series, and has had 10 teams total compete in the series since 2002.
