Leo Joshua Kennedy, 60, of Danville, was indicted on 10 counts of wire fraud.

The former assistant and boyfriend of a South Bay financial trust manager was indicted by a federal grand jury in San Jose today on fraud charges in connection with the alleged theft of $17 million from his former boss's clients.

3. Website Points to Prevalence of Prostitution in Tri-Valley

Police in the Tri-Valley continue to use information from a massage parlor rating website in an effort to crack down on businesses that offer more than just a relaxing rubdown.

The website, rubmaps.com, lists local massage parlors along with menus of sexual services the site says are provided in addition to massages by some of the masseuses.

4. Video: Scariest Haunted House in Danville Designed by 13-Year-Old

The extravagant haunted house in the Magee Ranch development, that had five different rooms and a half dozen actors, was the brainchild of Casey Ricky, a Los Cerros Middle School eighth grader.

5. Video: San Ramon Valley Beats Monte Vista in 32-28 Comeback Victory

San Ramon Valley sophomore JJ Koski caught a 20-yard touchdown reception to put the Wolves up 32-28 with 3:45 left and San Ramon Valley hung on to beat rival and host Monte Vista Friday night.
