Please join Drew Gooden and friends for a round of golf at his 1st Annual Make-A-Wish® Charity Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held June 25, 2012 at the stunning Round Hill Country Club in Alamo. Athletes, celebrities and VIPs will come together to have fun and support Make-A-Wish and its mission of granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
Joining Drew in the tournament are teammates John Brockman and Monta Ellis, formerly of the Golden State Warriors. These athletes, along with many others, will be paired with guests for a round of golf on the championship par-72 course. This event is open to the public, although advance registration is required. Prices are $500 to play on a foursome with a celebrity, or $1,200 to create a foursome of your own without a celebrity. There will be a celebrity putting contest, and all ticket prices include a cocktail reception with the celebrities. Proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area.
