High School Writing Contest Open to Danville Students

The contest is free to enter, and there are cash prizes for the winners. Deadline for submission is March 22, 2013. A free writing workshop is also available to students wishing to enter the contest.

“My Story, My Vision” is the second annual California Writers Club Tri-Valley Branch High School Writing Contest. It is open to all students attending high schools in Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and San Ramon, grades 9, 10 and 11. The contest is free to enter, and there are cash prizes for the winners. Deadline for submission is March 22, 2013.

Author and editor B. Lynn Goodwin will lead a free writing workshop for students in grades 9-11 in preparation for the 2013 Tri-Valley Writers High School Writing Contest, “My Story, My Vision.”
