Join the San Ramon Valley Republican Women Federated on April 24 to hear Catharine Baker, an at Attorney at the Pleasanton firm Hoge, Fenton, Jones and Appel speak on Voter Fraud and the impact on our elections.  Ms. Baker practices business litigation and oversaw the David Harmer campaign ballot integrity operations.  She has authored two articles that serve as a blue print for the much-needed reforms to California's election law.
