This is the next step in baking, when you know the basic fundamentals of baking, and are ready for more. We will be busy making all sorts of advanced baked goods, such as cookies, muffins, scones, cakes, yeast dough, frostings and icings! Baking is not like cooking, being exact and following a formula is critical to success. Baking is a science, with a treat at the end!
Ages 6 and over.
This summer, Bay Area kids can learn how to cook real food in a fun, interactive environment at cooking classes hosted by Children's Choice. All classes are taught by professional chefs, with kid-approved recipes.
