With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in the Danville area.
This one is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 3102 Finley Road. The two-story estate was built in 1920.
It's 5,000 square feet. It's also sits on 240 acres and includes a main house, a guest house, a barn, a stable, a hunting cabin and a heli-pad.
That's why the home is listed as selling for $11.8 million.
