There's only three condos and townhomes listed for sale in Danville on the Multiple Listing Service for Contra Costa Realtors. The average price is $435,000.

One of the units for sale is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse at 2232 Oneida Circle. It's listed at $515,000.

The townhome is 1,450 square feet. It was built in 1984 and has been on the market for a week.

Please if your looking for a Condo in Danville avoid "Danville Woods" aka "Tijuana Woods" The Association fees are 700 per month and will be 800 per month next year.... its painful living here....they spent 2,000,000 on improvements and see for yourself if they got their moneys worth.....
