Some experts are predicting 2014 will produce a calmer real estate market than we saw in 2013.

They say they'll be more homes for sale, fewer bidding wars and more stable prices.

Last week, we looked at some of the more expensive homes for sale in the region. This week, we thought we'd profile some of the least expensive single family homes on the market here.

In San Ramon, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom at 6963 Wisteria St. is listed at $439,000.

It was built in 1963 and has 1,165 square feet.

In Dublin, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 6957 Amador Valley Blvd. is listed at $539,000.

It was built in 1970 and has 1,451 square feet.

In Pleasanton, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 5803 Porta Rossa Circle is listed at $598,000.

It was built in 1997 and has 1,156 square feet.
