Town Introduces 'Danville Gift Pass' Virtual Gift Card

The online gift card is accepted at local Danville businesses.

The Town of Danville, in partnership with the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce and Discover Danville Association, has announced the creation of the Danville Gift Pass.  Gift givers can easily send a Danville Gift Pass via email or text message, which can be redeemed at participating Danville merchants just like a MasterCard Gift card.

This new online gifting service is powered by Yiftee.  Shoppers who want a fast, easy way to send a thoughtful gift can go to www.yiftee.com/danville via a computer, tablet or smartphone.  They can also send a Danville Gift Pass via Yiftee’s iPhone or Android app.  They need only to enter the recipient’s name and email or text, and pay.

“The Danville Gift Pass is a great way for people to send a thoughtful gift quickly and easily, and will also allow residents to support our wonderful local merchants,” says Economic Development Manager Jill Bergman.
