The Contra Costa Election Department has registration information and forms online.
The Alameda County Elections Department also has registration information and forms online.
A registration form sent by mail needs to be postmarked by Monday.
You can also register in person at county election offices or go to the Secretary of State's online registration page.
More than 540,000 Californians submitted voter registration forms online in the first month of the new system.
