Got Drugs?
The national "Take-Back Initiative" will securely dispose of any of your unwanted, unused or expired medications in October.

The seventh DEA 'National Take Back Initiative' event has been announced and scheduled for October 26, 2013.
The day provides citizens a safe, convenient and responsible way of disposing prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
"According to the 2011 study, twice as many Americans regularly abused prescription drugs than the number of those who regularly used cocaine, hallucinogens, heroin, and inhalants combined," cited an article on the DEA website.
At the event earlier this year, 371 tons of prescription medications were collected from members of the public.

Local law enforcement, DEA, businesses and the community team up to provide a venue for citizens to safely and securely dispose of their unwanted, unused or expired medications.
