Citizen's Police Academy Open House
The Danville Police Department is hosting an open house to introduce its upcoming Citizen's Police Academy. The six-week academy is open to the public and is designed to educate the public about the department's work.
During the four-hour open house, participants will get to tour the police department, check out police cars and watch demonstrations of special programs.
Refreshments will be provided and there will be balloons and stickers for kids.
