Danville Has its Own App: 'Danville Connect'

Danville residents can now air their concerns or send requests to the Town Council online.

Town of Danville release:

Danville residents will have a new way to get in touch with the Town beginning this week when the new Danville Connect Customer Relationship Management system goes live.

Danville Connect
gives residents a central point of access for Town information, concerns and inquiries.

Part of the Information Technology Master Plan, Danville Connect allows residents to contact the Town Council, access the Town website and Danville Today online newsletter. In addition, residents can report issues of concern. The CRM system will route the request to the appropriate staff member for quick resolution.

Residents can access the software from their home computers via a link on the Town’s website or mobile platform users can download it to their smartphones. iPhone users can find the app at the App Store and Android users can find it in the Play Store. Search for Danville Connect and download the app.

Danville Connect
also includes an extensive FAQ section. Those working from the desktop can find the FAQ online.
