Temporary Closures Scheduled for Danville Parks
Washing and resealing work necessitates closures starting today.
As Danville’s maintenance department prepares for the onset of the wet winter months, work is starting today for the play areas at four area parks. Crews will be power washing and re-sealing the safety surfaces at the play areas. Weather permitting, the schedule is as follows:
- Closed, starting Oct. 19 through Monday, Oct. 24
- Closed from Monday, Oct. 24, through Thursday, Oct. 27.
- Closed from Thursday, Oct. 27, through Oct. 31
- Closed Oct. 31 to Nov. 4
