Traffic Stops Pull in 5 Arrests, Car Break-ins Hold Steady

Here is a summary of incidents that Danville police responded to last week.

Sunday, April 29

  • A car was broken into on the 100 block of Sonora Avenue. It was reported at 10:27 a.m.
  • Another car was broken into on the 400 block of Front Street. It was reported at 1:16 p.m.
  • A car was broken into at Contada Circle and Thornhill Road. It was reported at 2:35 p.m.
  • Someone committed vandalism on the 300 block of Brigeside Circle. It was reported at 5:43 p.m.

Monday, April 30

  • Someone forged a prescription on the 1300 block of El Capitan Drive. It was reported at 1:03 p.m.
  • Grand theft was committed on the 1500 block of Mission Drive. It was reported at 3:37 p.m.

Tuesday, May 1

  • Someone's identity was stolen from the 1800 block of Camino Ramon. It was reported at 12:41 p.m.
  • A home was burglarized on the 300 block of Cameo Drive. It was reported at 3:07 p.m.

Wednesday, May 2

  • A car was broken into on the 100 block of Hartz Avenue. It was reported at 11:16 a.m.
  • Someone committed petty theft on the 3400 block of Camino Tassajara. It was reported at 2:43 p.m.

Thursday, May 3

  • Someone committed fraud on the 300 block of Tuscany Court. It was reported at 4:04 p.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 100 block of Center Court at 8:27 p.m.

Friday, May 4

  • Someone's identity was stolen from the 1100 block of Delta Way. It was reported at 3:10 p.m.
  • Danville Police encountered an intoxicated subject on the 300 block of Railroad Avenue at 6:45 p.m.
  • Someone reported a near Century Way and El Capitan Drive. Danville Police, however, were unable to locate the noise.

Saturday, May 5

  • Someone broke into a car on the 100 block of Rubicon Circle. It was reported at 3:57 p.m.

Arrests

The Danville Police department made 10 arrests last week. This incident was pulled directly from the police log:

  • Five traffic stops resulted in five arrests by the Danville Police.
  • A suspicious circumstance resulted in an arrest.
  • The Danville Police stopped a suspicious subject that resulted in an arrest.
  • A vehicle accident, with request for a fire and ambulance support, at Camino Ramon and Sycamore Valley Road at 9:32 p.m. on May 3 resulted in an arrest.
  • Danville Police conducted a welfare check at 400 Front Street that resulted in an arrest.
  • An investigation at Danville Boulevard and El Cerro Boulevard on May 5 resulted in an arrest at 9:03 p.m.
