Police Log: Costco ATM Stolen, Car Burglaries and Vandalism

A list of notable incidents from the May 8 to 14 Danville police log.

Last week Danville police responded to a break-in at Costco, during which an ATM was stolen. There also were several auto burglary and vandalism calls. Read a selection of calls from the Police Log:

Sunday, May 8

  • Danville police recieved a report that Way was burglarized at 4:45 a.m. Police say a stolen truck was used to break into the store and remove the ATM machine inside.
  • A drugs violation was reported on the 2000 block of St. George Road at 11:11 a.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 100 block of St. Philip Court at 11:19 a.m.

  • An auto burglary was reported on the 1600 block of Fountain Springs Court at 8:42 a.m.
  • Drug possession was reported on the 3100 block of Stone Valley Road at 1:56 p.m.
  • Obtaining drugs with a forged prescription was reported on the 3400 block of Camino Tassajara at 2:31 p.m.
  • Petty theft was reported on the 500 block of Danville Boulevard at 4:04 p.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 3000 block of Fostoria Way at 7:49 p.m.

  • Petty theft was reported on the 500 block of Danville Boulevard at 11:30 a.m.
  • Document forgery was reported on the 700 block of Turrini Drive at 12:46 p.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 3100 block of Fostoria Way at 12:51 p.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on Ackerman Drive and Castanya Court at 3:09 p.m.
  • A drugs violation was reported on Camino Tassajara and Tassajara Lane at 8:55 p.m.

Saturday, May 14

  • An auto burglary was reported on the 200 block of Valley Creek Lane at 8:31 a.m.
  • Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Westwich Street at 8:32 a.m.
  • An auto burglary was reported on Diablo Road and Hartz Avenue at 8:33 a.m.
  • Narcotics possession was reported on the 100 block of Clydesdale Drive at 8:57 a.m., leading to an arrest.
  • Credit card fraud was reported on the 100 block of Bolero Drive at 1:17 p.m.
  • An auto burglary was reported on Diablo Road and Hartz Avenue at 2:56 p.m.
  • A bicycle theft was reported on the 2000 block of Fostoria Court at 10:38 p.m.
  • An auto burglary was reported on the 100 block of Church Street at 11:18 p.m.
