Police Log: Cops Deal with Car Burglaries, Vandalism

A list of notable incidents from Oct. 17 to Oct. 23.

In the past week, Danville Police responded to several car burglaries, three of which occurred on Thursday.  Also, several cases of vandalism were reported in the last week.

Sunday, Oct. 17

  • Police reported an arrest on the 100 block of Northview Court at 1:58 a.m.
  • A disturbance was reported on the 100 block of Dover Court at 4:47 p.m.
  • A traffic stop occurred at the intersection of Hartz Avenue and Linda Mesa Avenue at 8:38 p.m. An arrest was reported.

Monday, Oct. 18

  • Vandalism was reported on the 400 block of Front Street at 9:19 a.m.
  • A traffic collision occurred with property damage on the 100 block of Railroad Avenue at 2:36 p.m.
  • A traffic stop occurred in the Rose Garden parking lot at 3:27 p.m.
  • A traffic collision occurred at the intersection of San Ramon Valley Boulevard and Sycamore Valley Road at 6:36 p.m. An arrest was reported.
  • Police reported an arrest on the 100 block of Railroad Avenue at 11:37 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 19

  • Identity theft was reported on the 100 block of San Thomas Way at 11:59 a.m.
  • Embezzlement was reported on the 500 block of La Gonda Way at 1:39 p.m.
  • A music-related disturbance was reported at the intersection of Estates Drive and San Ramon Valley Boulevard at 8:05 p.m.
  • A juvenile-related disturbance was reported on the 500 block of Danville Boulevard at 8:37 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 20

  • Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Larkstone Court at 9:53 a.m.
  • Vandalism was reported on the 100 block of East Linda Mesa Avenue at 12:29 p.m.
  • A traffic stop occurred at the intersection of Jewel Terrace and San Ramon Valley Boulevard at 11:07 p.m. An arrest was reported.

Thursday, Oct. 21

  • Vandalism was reported on the 100 block of Hartz Avenue at 9:33 a.m.
  • Vehicular burglary was reported on the 500 block of Highland Drive at 10:49 a.m.
  • Vehicular burglary was reported on the 100 block of Rubicon Circle at 11:42 a.m.
  • Vehicular burglary was reported at the intersection of Hartford Drive and Iron Horse Trail at 2:31 p.m.
  • Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Flora Vista Place at 11:51 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 22

  • Commercial burglary was reported on the 100 block of Railroad Avenue at 10:13 a.m.
  • Vehicular burglary was reported on the 500 block of Verona Avenue at 12:41 p.m.
  • Police reported an arrest on the 600 block of Ambience Way at 1:58 p.m.
  • Police reported an arrest at the intersection of  the Iron Horse Trail and Love Lane at 6:59 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 23

  • A disturbance was reported on the 300 block of Hartz Avenue at 1:15 a.m.
