Police Log: Arrests Made in Traffic Stops
A list of notable incidents from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4.
This past week, the Danville Police Department reported arrests in several traffic stops. Three traffic-related arrests were made on Friday, Sept. 3 and Saturday, Sept. 4 during Labor Day Weekend.
Sunday, Aug. 29
- A traffic stop was reported at the intersection of Greenbrook Drive and Greenlawn Drive at 1:32 a.m. Police reported an arrest.
- A traffic stop was reported at the intersection of Greenbrook Drive and Harlan Drive at 1:36 a.m. Police reported an arrest.
- A traffic stop was reported at the intersection of Camino Tassajara and Woodside Drive at 2:16 a.m. Police reported an arrest.
- A brandished weapon was reported on the 4100 block of Camino Tassjara at 8:20 a.m.
- A commercial burglary was reported on the 300 block of Railroad Avenue at 3:30 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 30

- A traffic collision with property damage was reported at the intersection of Camino Tassajara and Jasmine Way at 7:25 a.m.
- Vandalism was reported on the 100 block of Serene Court at 9:18 a.m.
- Petty theft was reported on the 300 block of Hartz Avenue at 9:59 a.m.
- Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Sunhaven Road at 10:17 a.m.
- Identity theft was reported on the 100 block of Parrot Place at 12:59 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 31
- Littering was reported on the 100 block of Tassajara Ranch Drive at 8:42 a.m.
- Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Zephyr Place at 8:55 a.m.
- Identity theft was reported on the 200 block of Ashley Circle at 10:33 a.m.
- An abandoned vehicle was reported on the 200 block of Lyon Court at 12:17 p.m.
- Embezzlement was reported on the 500 block of La Gonda Way at 2:21 p.m.
- Vehicular burglary was reported at the intersection of San Ramon Valley Boulevard and Town and Country Drive at 3:36 p.m.
- A hit-and-run was reported at the intersection of Center Way and Crow Canyon Road at 8:56 p.m. Police reported an arrest.
Wednesday, Sept. 1

- A vehicle was reported stolen on the 800 block of El Cerro Boulevard at 7:30 a.m.
- Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Woodside Drive at 10:34 a.m.
- Grand theft was reported on the 600 block of Glen Road at 10:52 a.m.
- Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of La Questa Drive at 12:36 p.m.
- Residential burglary was reported on the 400 block of El Pintado Road at 2:51 p.m.
- A traffic collision with property damage was reported at the intersection of Crow Canyon Road and Tassajara Ranch Drive at 5:15 p.m.
- Vandalism was reported on the 800 block of El Quanito Drive at 5:45 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 2
- A threat-related disturbance was reported on the 1300 block of Greenbrook Drive at 8:15 a.m.
- Shoplifting was reported on the 300 block of Railroad Avenue at 8:16 a.m. Police reported an arrest
- Police reported an arrest on the 100 block of Del Amigo Road at 11:59 a.m.
- Petty theft was reported on the 100 block of Cottage Drive at 12:20 p.m.
- Document forgery was reported on the 100 block of Briar Place at 1:01 p.m.
- Vehicular burglary was reported on the 3100 block of Fostoria Way at 8:27 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 3
- A traffic stop was reported at the intersection of El Dorado Avenue and Sonora Avenue at 12:34 a.m. Police reported an arrest.
- Vehicular burglary was reported on the 2000 block of Hill Meadow Place at 7:29 a.m.
- Vehicular burglary was reported on the 100 block of Woodmont Court at 9:14 a.m.
- Lost property was reported at the intersection of Camino Ramon and Sycamore Valley Road at 10:15 a.m.
- Identity theft was reported on the 700 block of Brookside Drive at 12:47 p.m.
- Police reported an arrest at the intersection of Greenbrook Drive and San Ramon Valley Boulevard at 7:54 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 4
- A traffic stop was reported at the intersection of Hartz Way and Laurel Drive at 12:51 a.m. Police reported an arrest.
- A traffic stop was reported at the intersection of El Capitan Drive and Zamora Place at 2 a.m. Police reported an arrest.
