Police log: Thieves stealing identities and vehicles

A summary of notable incidents from the Danville police log from Nov. 6 through Nov. 12

Monday, November 7

  • A missing adult was reported at 8:48 a.m. from the 100 block of Silktree Court.
  • Someone at 9:12 a.m. reported the theft of a vehicle from the 100 block of Linda Mesa Avenue.
  • An arrest was made when someone allegedly shoplifted property from a business in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue.

Tuesday, November 8

  • A vandalism was reported just before 2 p.m. in the 100 block of Lawnview Court.
  • A petty theft occurred at about 4:30 p.m. at a business in the 600 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard

Wednesday, November 9

  • Someone reported that a disturbance involving at least one juvenile occurred just before 9 a.m. around San Ramon Valley High School.
  • A citation was issued about at 11 a.m. for a drug violation in the area of San Ramon Valley High School.
  • Someone in the 100 block of Joaquin Drive notified police at 2 p.m. about a credit card fraud.

Thursday, November 10

  • Someone in the 100 block of Starview Place reported an identity theft at about 10 a.m.
  • A petty theft was reported at 3:30 p.m. in the 100 block of West Prospect Avenue.
  • An arrest was made following a report at 3:41 p.m. of a disturbance involving a juvenile in the 100 block of Railroad Avenue.
  • Assistance to an outside agency led to an arrest at 10:34 p.m. in the 100 block of Gardiner Place.
