Police Log: 9 Cars Broken into Last Week

Here is a summary of incidents that Danville police responded to last week.

Sunday, March 25

  • Someone defrauded an innkeeper on the 800 block of Camino Ramon at 12:02 a.m.
  • Someone evaded public transportation fare at Brookside Drive and Sycamore Valley Road at 1 a.m.
  • An automobile was burglarized on the 1200 block of Dutch Miller Drive at 12:41 a.m.

Monday, March 26

  • Someone reported a burglary of a residential home at 8:35 a.m. from the 800 block of Matadera Circle.
  • An automobile was burglarized and reported at 10:09 a.m. from the 100 block of Railroad Avenue.
  • Fraud was reported at 1:44 p.m. on the 700 block of St. George Road.
  • Someone shoplifted from the 100 block of Diablo Road and it was reported at 3:58 p.m.
  • Grand theft was committed on the 200 block of Hartz Avenue at 9:54 p.m.

Tuesday, March. 27

  • Someone committed battery on the 400 block of Hartz Avenue at 10:44 a.m.
  • An automobile was burglarized from Camino Tassajara and Old Blackhawk Road. It was reported at 7:36 p.m.

Wednesday, March 28

  • Counterfeit bill possession was reported from the 200 block of Boone Court at 3:40 p.m.
  • Burglary from an automobile was reported at 8:27 p.m. from the 100 block of Sycamore Valley Road.
  • A vehicle was stolen from Camino Ramon and Sycamore Valley Road at 9:19 p.m.

Thursday, March 29

  • Someone's identity was stolen from the 900 block of Ocho Rios Drive at 9:37 p.m.

Friday, March 30

  • An automobile was burglarized from the 100 block of St. Helena Court. It was reported at 7:31 a.m.
  • An automobile was burglarized from the 500 block of Mission Place. It was reported at 7:55 a.m.
  • An automobile was burglarized from the 1600 block of St. Helene Drive. It was reported at 8:57 a.m.
  • An automobile was burglarized from the 100 block of Franciscan Drive. It was reported at 9:49 a.m.
  • A commercial space was burglarized on the 400 block of Hartz Avenue. It was reported at 11:19 a.m.
  • An automobile was burglarized from the 3100 block of Fostoria Way. It was reported at 3:29 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was committed on the 3400 block of Camino Tassajara and it was reported at 9:42 p.m.

Saturday, March 31

  • A hit and run was reported at 4:25 p.m. near the Danville Police Station.

Arrests

The Danville Police department made nine arrests last week. These incidents were pulled directly form the police log:

  • Danville Police served a warrant on the 300 block of Victorian Lane and made an arrest.
  • Battery was committed, resulting in an arrest on the 400 block of Triomphe Court.
  • There was a vehicle accident with major injuries that resulted in an arrest.
  • An alarm was sounded on the 3100 block of Fostoria Way and an arrest was made.
  • Danville Police made an arrest for a drug violation on the 400 block of Diablo Road.
  • An investigation by the Danville PD resulted in an arrest.
  • Three traffic stops resulted in three arrests.
