No Arraignment Today In Alamo Woman's Death Case

Michael Littman is being held on $1 million bail at Contra Costa County jail

The suspect in the death of an Alamo woman will not be arraigned today.

Contra Costa County court officials told Patch that Michael Littman is not on the calendar for today. That means his earliest court date would be Tuesday after the Labor Day holiday on Monday.

Littman is being held in county jail on $1 million bail.

He was arrested Thursday in connection with the death of his neighbor, Doris Penico.

Authorities say Littman got into a fight with Penico's husband, Victor, on Monday. During the altercation on Stonegate Drive, Doris Penico fell and hit her head. She died from those injuries.
