From the Alameda County Sheriff's Office:

Missing Person at Risk:

Chiyogi Cho Tanisawa, who is 80-years-old and has Alzheimer’s disease, walked away from his home in San Lorenzo this morning.

Tanisawa's family is concerned because he is a diabetic. He has been missing since 7:30 a.m.

Please contact the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office at (510) 667-7721 if found.
