Drivers Bull-ied into Traffic Jam

A wandering bull caused a brief traffic hazard when he got loose in Danville

A loose and wandering bull caused a traffic jam on Diablo Road and Green Valley Road near Green Valley Elementary School around 12:53 p.m. Tuesday, a Danville Police dispatcher said.

Patch reader Dave Morris provided the video of the bull and wrote:

"Cars were starting to back up and a 'Cowboy' in a white truck with dual American flags in the bed came speeding up past all of the cars, jumped out and tried to coax him back into the gated area."

According to the police dispatcher, the bull was shooed back to its home by the officer who responded to the call of the ambling bovine.

Parents, including myself, really need to educate ourselves on this. I thought this was a State program not a Fed program. Great...
