San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District responded to a fire on Mt. Diablo Scenic Drive in Diablo this afternoon around 3 p.m.
The main structure, a single-family home, fire is located at 2378 Mt. Diablo Scenic Drive.
Battalion Chief Derek Krause said the blaze had been contained and no injuries had been reported as of 4:30 p.m.
Cal Fire also responded to fire and the cause was not immediately
known, Krause said.
Several down wires were reported in the area of the fire, according to the SRVFD scanner. Those had also been contained.
A Cal Fire engine was dispatched to Athenian School to see if they were needed.
