MY TWINS’ FIRST HALLOWEEN CHILDREN’S BOOK NOW AVAILABLE

Danville, Calif. September 25, 2013 – The eighth book in the My Friend Paris Series, “My Twins’ First Halloween”, is now available at booksellers nationwide. It joins“I’m Having Twins”, “My Twins Are Coming Home”, “My Twins’ First Birthday”, “My Twins’ First Christmas”, “Paris Goes to Lake Tahoe” and “Paris Goes to San Francisco” and “Paris Goes to Los Angeles”. These books are based on the real-life experiences of Paris Morris, now a 15-year-old high school sophomore in Danville, Calif.

The child author decided to write these full-color illustrated books when she discovered that there were few, if any, children’s books that addressed her concerns about her family expanding to have twins. With the number of families with twins and higher-order multiples increasing each year, demand for this content remains on the rise as well.

My Twins’ First Halloween tells the story of the Morris family’s Halloween adventures. It’s based on Morris family traditions including a visit to the Cohn-Stone glass pumpkin patch, carving pumpkins and making caramel apples.

There are so many different ways to celebrate Halloween and this book gives children a glimpse of the way it’s done in the San Francisco Bay Area, a place where the weather is usually warm enough so that fall jackets can be abandoned in favor of showing off a costume.

“Halloween is a holiday that people of all ages enjoy,” says Paris. “My dad loves decorating the house. My mom loves helping us pick out our costumes. And kids, of course, love going out at night and collecting candy to then eat. People will be able to relate to this story because they have so many traditions of their own.”

My Twins’ First Halloween is available at Amazon.com and other booksellers. Paris is also available to do readings.
