Community Update

Hi

We live right off Jackson Way. on Garden Estates Ct. and we are sheltering in place.  Our electric and gas is still on so we have access to internet, cable tv and the kitchen appliances.  A/C is going strong and we are checking updates on local tv and internet.  

We did speak with a sheriff's officer on Danville Blvd. and he said that everyone south of St Alphonsus ( John Muir Doctor's offices) was supposed to evacuate but that he wasn't going to go around and knock on doors.  He didn't seem panicked or adamant about it.  The fact that they didn't cruise our neighborhood and let us know that, but we had to walk out to the blvd and ask, tells me we must be in a safe enough zone.

Alamo is quiet, you can get out, but you won't be able to get back in anytime soon.
