Well it was unanimous.
The Veterans Memorial Building was a hit! Everyone I spoke with said the place is beautiful, and it truly is. This building is located in the heart of downtown Danville, and it opened its arms Saturday to embrace the community.
However, what has remained from the old building are the original windows. Almost like looking out from the past into future, and the future looked good on this bright and sunny day.
The Veterans Memorial did glisten and shine, like all the many happy faces celebrate today including me. Enjoy the scenes and the smiles!
