The real estate activity for Danville CA showed significant improvement over 2011 with the average sales price up 5% and number of units sold up 11%.

The real estate activity for Danville CA showed significant improvement over 2011 with the average sales price up 5% and number of units sold up 11%. The number of REO (foreclosed) sales have decreased in 2012 versus 2011, yet short sales are on par with 2011.

As noted in the chart the price range from $700,00 to $899,000 had the most home sales activity.

The data shows us that the market is headed up and with so little inventory and high demand we hope to see a higher price gain in 2013.
