3,200 Danville PG&E Customers Lose Power Wednesday Afternoon

The outage started at 3:03 p.m. and power was restored at about 5:30 p.m.

More than 3,200 PG&E customers in Danville were without power this
afternoon, a PG&E spokeswoman said.

At the peak of the outage, which began at 3:03 p.m., 3,250 customers were affected by the outage, which was caused by a downed wire in the 1300 block of Mustang Drive, PG&E spokeswoman Tamar Sarkissian said.

As of 5 p.m. 800 customers still had no power. By 5:30 p.m. all but 30 were expected to have power restored, Sarkissian said.

Those last remaining households should have power by 8:30 p.m., she said.

Crews are at the site of the problem on Mustang Drive working to resolve the problem, she said.
