Sports Skills Workout for Kids! (Ages 8-15)

Kids Can Workout, Too!

Help keep your kids active this Spring Break!
The Studio in Danville is offering kids-only fitness classes Monday, April 14th - Thursday, April 17th
every morning from 10:45am-11:45am.
Non-Members $8/class and Members $5/class. Ages 8-15.


Monday, April 14th - TripleFit Challenge: Kids will get to test their skills with a Broad Jump, Running Relay, and Sit-Upa for 1 min
Tuesday, April 15th - U-JAM: It's a fun hip-hop dance fitness class, and a great cardio workout
Wednesday, April 16th - Yoga
Thursday, April 17th - Sports Skills Workout: Enjoy a kid-specific, fun circuit workout combining agility, plymotetrics, and balance drills!

Please contact The Studio (925)838-9200 to reserve a space in class for your child(ren), and for any additional information, including details on our Kids Workout Punchcard where you can purchase 10 Kids workouts, and receive the 11th FREE!
