This four part graduate program for Jr. & Teen Chefs is designed to give your child a well-rounded education no matter what their previous level of experience. Within each series are four individual classes, 2 hours in length, that can be taken each week or separately as your schedule permits. The goal is that sometime within the year your child will have an opportunity to complete all four series and qualify for the graduate certificate and awards. Individual classes are $60/class. If you pre-purchase a 4 class series its $220   ($20 savings) for that series.

SERIES I - Every Day Cooking Fundamentals - The goal is to teach kids fundamental techniques needed to prepare a variety of basic meals. Along the way we stress kitchen and food safety, knife skills and proper use of and care of cooking tools. Kids will make, taste and take home several delicious recipes!
