The Exchange Club of San Ramon
Valley along with local veterans’ organizations is hosting the Annual 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony for the residents of the San Ramon Valley. This event will feature prominent guest speakers, hundreds of Scouts with an array of American Flags, joint Police and Fire Dept. honor Guard, the San Ramon
Valley High Chamber Choir, a flight of doves and many other patriotic contributions.
There will be an essay
contest based on this event with cash prizes for students in grades 1—12 residents of the 5 San Ramon Valley communities. The essay title is, ”Why Do We Have a Memorial Program on
September 11th”?
