Oak Tree Falls on Diablo Home

A Danville family in Diablo got a shocking visitor when an oak tree came crashing down onto their multi-million dollar home Monday afternoon, KTVU reports.

Nobody was hurt by the massive tree, which measured about 5-feet in diameter, but the home near the Diablo Country Club was red tagged as a result.

Pete Burman, who lives in the home, told KTVU that he recently had the tree inspected and was shocked that it fell down.

"We'll get through it," Burman said. "It's a little emotional for my wife right now, but everybody is safe."
