The opening of the in downtown Danville signals a change to the parking rules near the venerable building.
The southern section of Prospect Avenue in front of the Veterans Building will be designated a pick-up/drop-off zone only
Parking will not be allowed in the area, with Danville Police Officers enforcing the ban.
