A Return to the Trail

Good morning,

For those of you who may not know i have had multiple back operations in the last 3 years.  During this time i have been walking on the trail to assist with my recovery.  My last operation was on the 29th of February to remove the hardware that was put in on the first operation.  Although there was no relief from the second operation i am still optimistic. 

I will be going into a trial to have a Spinal Cord Stimulator.  This program will have 2 electrodes placed under the skin near my spinal cord and a external power supply and a remote to increase or decrease the voltage.  This will be designed to interrupt the nerve centers to lower the pain.  

I will be adding some Photos of one of my first walks back on the trail as well as the hardware that was removed.

Also we had a fire in the rental we were living at in February and since have been displaced,  We are currently living at my In Laws place until we find something new.  It turns out there were some major issues with where we were living.
