Inviting all foodies, gourmands, cooking enthusiasts and locavores… discover Danville’s thriving food scene during Simply Delicious Danville—a culinary walking tour, May 26th, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The “Open House” format will allow you to start at your leisure during the event hours and stroll at your own
pace, allowing plenty of time to explore the unique boutiques and speciality stores downtown. Many retail shops will be offering special promotions during
the event. Come taste and stroll your way through delightful downtown Danville!
Given this event has been designed as an “Open House” format, guests are invited to come at their leisure during the event hours and choose how to use their ticket.
During the day, participating businesses will host various demonstrations and tastings that will repeat at multiple times, so if you missed one, you can always go back later.
Not feeling up to a scheduledstructure, the event is also open to guests simply strolling at their leisure between participating businesses for small bites and wine tasting, all we ask is no double dipping please.
If you really want to make a day out of the event, we have provided plenty of time to shop the large array of boutiques and specialty stores in between demonstrations and tastings, designed for you to truly enjoy the charm of
Historic Downtown Danville.
