Jason Buckley from Blackhawk Grille, Danville. Grilled seafood and steaks. Graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Buckley won a Bronze Medal in the 5-course menu category from the American Culinary Federation.

The renovation centers on the transformation of the main bar and patio. The existing “Estate Room” private dining room will become the main bar of the restaurant and will feature reclaimed hard wood floors, a live fire feature, wooden bar top and metal accents. The patio will be leveled and updated with soft seating and a fire pit. The dining room will have increased seating capacity and receive aesthetic upgrades including tables, chairs, and plate ware. A focal point of the dining room will be a wine display and tasting bar.

In addition to the renovation, Blackhawk Grille will open with an all-new tavern menu featuring upscale comfort food. Classic Americana fare such as black skillet roasted mussels, a ten-ounce “Big Hawk” Angus burger, St. Louis style ribs and chicken potpie will be offered, as well as an updated cocktail list and expanded beer and wine on tap.
