A mom asked for help finding her 6-year-old's beloved stuff animal. The bear was found in Danville.

A 6-year-old will be reunited with her teddy bear, which had been lost in Danville during a family graduation celebration, according to the child's mother.

Kim Nyland told Patch, via Facebook:

"The Peasant and the Pear found Teddy! Apparently the bus boy put teddy where they don't normally put found items."

If you are in Danville, be on the lookout for bears. Or at least one very special bear. 6-year-old Moxie Nyland lost her teddy bear during a family graduation celebration somewhere between San Ramon Marriott and The Peasant and The Pear at the Clock Tower in Danville, according to her mother.

Kim Nyland says her daughter's teddy bear has gone everywhere with her daughter over the last seven years.

Nyland told Patch, via email:
"She'd have 16 passport stamps if she had one. Grandma gave her Teddy the day she was born nearly 7 years ago. She was lost somewhere between San Ramon Marriott and The Peasant and The Pear at the Clock Tower in Danville. We have contacted both of those to no avail. I wish I could be more specific but we flew into my old hometown town for 48 hours for my nieces graduation and celebrations at SRVHS. So everything was hectic it seemed."

Nyland posted her plea on the Danville Patch Facebook page on Saturday:

I'm sure this sounds crazy but if anyone finds this teddy bear - which was lost somewhere in Danville during SRVHS graduation madness - a reward is being offered. Very sad 6 year old girl.
