Fire Hydrant Break - San Ramon

At about 11:40 am, a fire hydrant was completely sheared off on San Ramon Valley Blvd., on the east side, just north of Crow Canyon Rd. Fire crews eventually found the correct shut off valve beneath the street and turned off the water.
