The town of Danville is getting ready for its budgeting process.
At the town's last meeting, on April 3, council discussed the schedule it will use as it prepares for next year's budget.
Council decided that it would meet the mornings of May 1, 8, 22, and 29, taking May 15 off. Exact time will be announced later.
The town's budget will then be adopted at the second council meeting in June.
Last year, for the fiscal year ending in 2012, town revenues approved were $31,383,389, while expenditures were $27,917,314.
