The San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs has hosted an annual parenting conference for the past 11 years.  The conference includes a keynote speaker presentation, two small-group seminars that attendees select from a wide variety of choices, continental breakfast and lunch.

This year's conference features keynote speaker Christine Carter, Ph.D. sociologist and happiness expert at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, an interdisciplinary research unit dedicated to the psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of well-being.  She will address Raising Happiness: 10 Simple Steps for More Joyful Kids and Happier Parents.
